When Becky contacted me about taking her family photos this spring, I jumped at the chance! Becky and I grew up together, running down ditch banks, catching fish, and climbing trees in our hometown of Brawley, California. The last time I saw her was at her wedding reception nearly 3 YEARS ago, and she recently added a daughter to her cute little family of 3, so I had to catch up with her, and I’m so glad I did! We met up at the apple orchard near Utah State Hospital in Provo, Utah, and made some magic happen!

Little Landon, who is 2, was not exactly unhappy, but he wasn’t ecstatic about having his picture taken. Becky, who is a fellow photographer at Lemontine Photography (link), knew what to do though and just about wore herself out getting him to give us just a hint of a smile for a few photos. I’ll take it.

I adored little Allison, with her red-tinged hair and sweet smiles, and we also made sure to take some photos of just Taylor and Becky – just to remember where it all started.

I sure love this girl, and I loved seeing the sweet family she is building with her number 1 guy by her side.
