Perry Family | Fall mini session at Provo Canyon Alpine Loop

I loved meeting James and Brenna and their sweet just-turned-1-year-old June up Provo Canyon near Sundance for this quick little fall mini family photo session. You may recognize James from “Studio C,” the BYU TV comedy show. He’s pretty famous and pretty funny, but then you meet Brenna and realize she’s just as hilarious and oh so wonderful and warm and friendly. Also, she's a great writer - I stalk her blog. We had a great time playing in the leaves and convincing thoughtful, contemplative June to smile for us :) 

 I first met James and Brenna back in college at Brigham Young University in Provo. My husband was part of a comedy sketch group with James called Divine Comedy. For two years, we all bonded over glow sticks and candy and lots of laughing, and it’s been so fun to see James continue with writing, acting, and producing comedy for Studio C. Now, the original members of Studio C are branching off to produce five new online shows and an online network – JK! Networks – that will launch in January. 

I was so glad they called to do a family photo session with me. We had a great time catching up, and I loved meeting June for the first time. Best of luck with the new venture, James and Brenna!
