On an absolutely gorgeous day last May, Grant and Nicole became #ponded4life (sidenote: cutest wedding hashtag ever!) The day started out drizzly and grey, and we were a bit worried about the outside ceremony in Provo Canyon’s Canyon Glen Park, but the sun came out and it turned into a warm, green day. Grant and Nicole said their vows under a blue sky and a wooden arch, and then we headed to The Manor at the Shops at Riverwoods for dinner and some partying!  When I first met Grant and Nicole at our pre-wedding consultation, Nicole told me a bit about what impressed her about Grant. When Nicole and Grant started dating, she had a broken leg. Grant’s attentiveness and diligence in taking care of her and her needs swept her off her feet and into his arms. He made it official by proposing with a gorgeous sapphire ring!  Nicole has amazing taste, and it was apparent in the wedding reception décor. My favorite was probably the rustic chandelier over the main table. Or maybe it was the jenga tiles they had guests sign – too many cute details to choose from! From the table of vintage wedding photos from Grant and Nicole’s families to the photobooth backdrop, it was obvious Nicole had painstakingly planned every detail, and it made such a difference! 
Grant and Nicole were so fun to photograph. They were easy-going and in-love and fun! I mean, they had piñatas at their reception! Grant’s was a soccer ball, because he’s an avid soccer player.
I loved seeing how the flower girls adored Grant, and Nicole’s bridesmaid’s gathered around her like best friends.  
  Following dinner, the real partying began with an open bar and music by a local DJ. When the lights went down, everyone started showing off their moves. 
Grant and Nicole, I loved being a part of your wedding day, and I can’t believe it’s already been almost a year! If the love and fun I saw on your wedding day is any indication, your marriage is going to be one long, fun adventure!  CEREMONY: Canyon Glen Park, Provo Canyon
