Cartwright Extended Family | Wheeler Farm

We took the Cartwright’s extended family photos at Wheeler Farm in Murray, Utah in August.  The only time the family could all be together for photos was at noon, which, as everyone knows, can be a difficult lighting situation. Luckily, Wheeler Farm has a few spots with large trees, where we were able to find some open shade to create some beautiful, evenly-lit photos that they will treasure forever.

When Camille first contacted me about taking extended family photos, she had some questions about outfit coordination and location, which I was happy to help with. When you’re a photographer, you wear a lot of hats – event coordinator, closing coordinator, location finder, and many more. The photos turned out beautifully, and some of my favorites include the pictures of the great-grandchildren with great grandma. ​
