This location is one of my very favorite to shoot at, whether it's spring, summer, or fall! The tall, white aspens surround an open field that is dotted with small pink and purple wildflowers in the summer, offset by the silvery green sagebrush and blue-green leaves. It has the prettiest backlighting in the evenings.

Springtime in Utah means FLOWERS...if you know where to look. We have some of the most beautiful apple orchards in Utah County, and I love taking families in among the clouds of white blossoms in April and May to capture timeless memories.
As winter starts to leave, local seniors (and their moms) start reaching out to me for graduation photos. We have a beautiful, newer high school, located out by us - Cedar Valley High School - and I love meeting with all the soon-to-be-graduates to take their photos and hear all about their excitement and post-high school plans!
Jolley's Ranch is a year-round favorite. In the spring and summer, the open meadow area is lush and green, backed by rolling emerald mountains. In the winter, it's beautiful dusted with white snow or as a covered winter wonderland. But my favorite might be fall - it has such a beautiful range of colors - yellow, brown, rust, orange, red, and more! You can shoot near the white barn for a more rustic look, or venture into the trees for a close-up of all the color. In the open area, you get an epic backdrop of meadow, colorful trees, and fall-draped mountains!
If you want photos taken at the most magical autumn setting Utah has to offer, this location has it all! Wide blue skies, endless golden aspen groves, and (shhhh!) quiet. It's true Guardsman Pass can be a zoo during peak fall colors, but I have the perfect, secluded spot I can take you to and make all your fall family photos come true! This spot gets the most beautiful, warm, glow-y light, that sets the yellow leaves on fire and imparts the quintessential autumn feel - see photos below for proof ;)
If you're looking for a great location to shoot in at any time of the year, look no further than Tibble Fork Reservoir. Located just a few miles up American Fork Canyon, this location can be accessed year-round. In the spring, it's a great spot to shoot at before everything else greens up because of the evergreens that supply color all year. In the summer, the blue-green waters add a unique element to photos. In the fall, the gorgeous mountain peaks and golden grass screams, "Autumn!" And in the winter, it's quintessential, snow-covered Utah - magical when it's snowing.
